Terms and Conditions

TRADE-IN OF GAMES & SYSTEMS BY MAIL
Please read the basic guidelines below before mailing in merchandise to sell:
  1. In order to receive full credit: All items sent in for our Trade-In by Mail service MUST be in VERY GOOD physical and working condition (no holes, dents, label damage, frayed/repaired wires, modding, must work on the FIRST try with minimal effort, etc.) in order to receive the full quote amount. The quoted payment amount WILL BE REDUCED to compensate for any non-working, incomplete, or less than ideal condition games and hardware. Anyone using this service MUST be over the age of 18, and you must be the sole and legal owner of the items being traded.
  2. Identical items are LIMITED to a maximum of 3 copies. All additional identical items will be accepted but NO payment will be made for them.
  3. All hardware systems MUST include at least a power cord, a video cord, and a minimum of 1 original brand controller.
  4. All games and accessories MUST include any and all necessary parts/hookups.
  5. All CD/DVD disc games and all PSP/DS games MUST include original boxes, cover art, and manuals. Any game missing any or all of these components will have its value reduced accordingly.
  6. All CDs/DVD disc games must be free of scratches in order to get the full buy-back price. Lightly scratched discs will be purchased at a discount of 30% to 70% off of our normal buy-back price. Discs that are severely scratched may be purchased at an even lower price or we may refuse them.
  7. All items presented to us for sale will be examined and/or tested prior to purchase. If you are selling a large amount of games or DVDs, or more than one video game system, please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to test your items and process your payout. Wait times will be longer on weekends or any time our store is busy.
  8. Any request to return items MUST be made WITHIN 7 days of delivery to us and will be shipped back at customer's expense. After 7 days, ALL trade-ins are considered FINAL and payment may not be changed or refunded for any reason.
  9. Trade-in quotes are valid for 30 days. All items will be tested BEFORE payment is issued. This may take up to 14 days from the time we receive your order. Payment will be mailed in the form of a check or PayPal transfer to the name and address provided in the trade-in request. We are NOT responsible for any lost payments OR any items that are damaged during shipping.
