Return Policy

Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return. 

Card Singles Policy  

Due to the volatile nature of the card singles market, we do not accept returns or exchanges on card singles. The exceptions to this policy are when a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item or when a customer contacts us wanting to cancel his or her order before it ships, but we are unable to stop shipment in time.

Sealed Product, Supplies, and Apparel Policy  

We do accept returns or exchanges on sealed product, supplies and apparel. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can approve the return and know to expect it. We are able to accept returns on these items as long as they are still in the same condition that they were sent in (If, for instance, a factory sealed item is opened, it cannot then be returned). We will issue the refund, minus the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, once we receive the returned item and inspect the condition. If the return is due to a mistake on our end,(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay any return shipping costs.    

How To Return  

1. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item.  

2. Include the original order invoice or a note with the Order ID of your package so we can look your order up in our system when it is returned.

4. Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location. While the post office is a safe and secure form of shipment, for returns exceeding $500.00 we recommend shipping through UPS or FedEx due to their comprehensive tracking and automatic insurance. 

5. When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 5 business days to be posted to your account. 

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Wii Play Games protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Wii Play Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Wii Play Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Wii Play Games. Wii Play Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
