What are your shipping options?

Currently we offer the following USPS and UPS shipping options:

USPS First Class Mail
USPS Priority Mail
In-Store Pickup
 

In Store Pick Up Policy

Customers who would like to pick up their order in store are welcome to do so, but please respect our posted store hours and allow one full business day for us to process the order. Customers who select in store pick up must pay for their order online at the time the order is placed. 

 

How much will it cost to ship my package?

Our shipping costs are linked directly to the USPS database and vary based on the size and weight of an order. If you wish to obtain estimates of our shipping charges, simply add the items in question to your shopping cart and continue until you are prompted to select a shipping method. Each available shipping method will be listed with an exact cost.  

I live in the United States. How long will my package take to arrive?

Domestic package arrival times vary based on method of shipment and shipping destination. We are located in Las Vegas, NV. Generally packages shipped via USPS to locations in Nevada arrive 1-2 business days after an order is placed. For orders shipped outside of Nevada, First Class Domestic mail generally takes 3-5 business days, Priority Mail 2-3 and Express Mail 1-2. For orders shipped via UPS Ground shipping times are generally 2 business days to Nevada locations and between 5-7 days for all other locations within the U.S. UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed to arrive within 1 business day  and Second Day Air is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days. 

I live outside the United States. How long will my package take to arrive?

International package arrival times vary based on method of shipment and shipping destination. Generally First Class and Priority Mail international packages take 5-10 days to reach locations in Canada or Mexico while orders shipped to foreign countries outside of North America take 10-14 days. Express Mail packages generally take between 4 and 7 days to reach locations outside of the United States. While these shipping times are accurate for the majority of orders, occassionally an order shipped internationally will take up to 30 business days before it arrives at its destination. This is due to USPS routing issues as well as coordination issues with foreign post offices.

I live in the United States. Is there any way to track my order?

Every order shipped via USPS from our facility to a location within the United States comes with delivery confirmation. This is not comprehensive tracking, but it does generally provide us with status updates once an order has been scanned into the USPS system. If you have received your delivery confirmation number, simply visit usps.com to track the status of your package. If your order was shipped via UPS, it has a comprehensive tracking number that can be checked on ups.com. If you have not been sent a tracking number, email us and we will provide one.

I live outside the United States. Is there any way to track my order?

First Class International and Priority Mail International do not contain tracking of any kind. All foreign customers who select these shipping methods should be advised that once your order ships from our facility, we are unable to provide you with an udpate on the status of your package. For this reason,  we do not bear any responsibility for the delivery of these  packages once they leave our facility and enter the USPS system and cannot refund any orders lost in this  way. If you wish to have tracking on your order, please select Express Mail International as it is the only international shipping method we offer that is tracked by USPS.

I live in the United States. It has been more than 7 days since I placed my order and it has not yet arrived. What should I do?

If you have a tracking number for your package, please visit usps.com or ups.com for a status update. If your tracking indicates your order was scanned into their system, it is most likely on its way to you. If you suspect that the order may be delayed or lost in transit, you should contact USPS or UPS support to assist you in locating your package. If you do not have a tracking number or if the tracking number was not scanned, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your package.

I live outside the United States. It has been more than 14 days since I placed my order and it has not yet arrived. What should I do?

Please check with both your local post and customs office before contacting us about a package that has not yet arrived after fourteen days. Unless you selected USPS Express Mail International or UPS Worldwide Express, there is no way for us to track your order once it leaves our facility. We can assist you in dealing with your local post office, beyond that there is nothing we can do to help you locate your package. Please note that occassionally international orders are lost during shipment and cannot be recovered. We do not bear any responsibility for packages lost during shipment and will not refund the cost of any orders lost in this way. If you wish to avoid this scenario, please select Express Mail International or UPS Worldwide Express and have your order tracked and insured.

I just placed an order, but would like to add a few things before it ships out. What should I do?

If you wish to add items to an existing order, please place a separate order and make an order comment requesting that you would like to combine shipping with a previous order. If we are able to accomodate your request, we will refund your shipping cost on the second order. If for any reason we are not able to accomodate the request, your orders will be sent out separately and the shipping  cost will not  be refunded.

I selected USPS shipping, but I have a UPS tracking number. What  should I  do?

We reserve the right to select our preferred carrier regardless of the shipping method selected. Generally we upgrade shipping from USPS to UPS on high value purchases to ensure that they contain insurance and comprehensive tracking. Alternatively, since UPS does not ship to PO boxes we will change any UPS order to USPS if it is set to ship to a post office box.
